The straight boom aerial work platform at the elevation of 26 meters developed by XCMG is self-equipped with a small-sized fly jib, thus having a certain capacity in obstacle crossing, and being stretchable to any inaccessible position; the double-load control system may automatically adjust the operating radius as the loads may be, which will satisfy the different demands of the users on different loads. It is an ideal choice for users engaged in building construction, bridges, steel structures and installation & construction both inside and outside the venue.
ABILITY IN FAST ACCESS TO THE CONSTRUCTION AREA
The boom was driven by a single-cylinder and the synchronously amplitude-varying and lifted stand column enhance the operating speed, and realize the fast access to the construction area, which will improve the construction efficiency.
BETTER ADAPTABILITY TO POOR CONSTRUCTION ENVIRONMENTS
The application of a lubrication-free shaft sleeve and slider relieves the friction between each hinge point for connection and inter-arm slider, thus resulting in better adaptability to welding and dusty environment.
ADVANCED POWER SYSTEM INTEGRATION CONTROL
The electronic-controlled engine is adopted as the dynamical system, oil pressure, water temperature, rotating speed, sensor, etc. are integrated by the engine and controlled through ECU, which is safe and reliable. Meanwhile, there is a fault diagnosis interface as supporting for convenience of fault diagnosis and maintenance.
